This covers the website and its waiting list. The app will have its own, fuller notice before it launches.

What we keep

• Your first name, your email address and, if you give it, your town.
• When you joined.

Why

To email you when Next Date Night opens near you, and to see which towns to open in next. We rely on your consent, given when you join. We don’t send anything else, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it’s kept

In our database with Supabase, in London. Emails are sent through Resend. Both act only on our instructions. The website’s fonts and photos are served from our own site, so visiting doesn’t send your details to anyone else.

How long

Until the app opens near you and we’ve told you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To ask us, email hello@nextdatenight.com.
